N10675 has outstanding resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. It also resists sulfuric, phosphoric, formic, acetic acids and other nonoxidizing media.
It has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and knife line and weld heat-affected zone attack. N10675 has greater thermal stability than N10665.
APPLICATIONS
N10675 is suitable for the applications where N10665 is required. Like N10665, N10675 should not be used in the presence of ferric or cupric salts as these salts may cause rapid corrosion attack.

We can produces 30,000tons of austenitic steel and duplex steel pipes annually with 18 seamless production lines and 3 perforation production lines.

1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
