Our factory has fully grasp the various material performances of high-temperature nickel alloy and the characteristics of pipe process through years of independent research on high-temperature nickel alloy pipes technologies .our company uses advanced high-speed precision rolling mill,continuous automatic temperature control natural gas roller furnace,automatic temperature control box annealing furnace and different material high temperature nickel alloy seamless pipe.
Our pipe factory has 296 employees ,including 4 senior engineers,18 engineers and 38 professional technicians.
We can produces 30,000tons of austenitic steel and duplex steel pipes annually with 18 seamless production lines and 3 perforation production lines.
Our pipe factory has been certified to the ISO9001:2015 quality management system and certified by various classification societies (such as BV, ABS,CCS,DNV/GL,TUV,LR,KR etc).

1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
