UNS N10276 (DIN W.Nr. 2.4819), also known as Alloy C-276, is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with exceptional corrosion resistance. Its chemical composition features nickel (Ni) as the base element, chromium (Cr) 14.50%-16.50%, molybdenum (Mo) 15.00%-17.00%, iron (Fe) 4.00%-7.00%, tungsten (W) 3.00%-4.50%, with maximum 2.50% cobalt (Co), 0.01% carbon (C), 1.00% manganese (Mn), and 0.08% silicon (Si).
Adhering to ASTM B622 standards, the seamless pipe offers versatile dimensions: outer diameter (OD) from 1mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 0.2mm to 20mm, and a maximum length of 12m (custom sizes available upon request). Physical properties include a density of 8.87 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1325-1370℃, enabling performance in extreme temperature and chemical environments.
Alloy C-276 resists localized corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and both oxidizing and reducing media. It withstands ferric and cupric chlorides, hot contaminated organic/inorganic media, formic and acetic acids, seawater, and brine solutions. Notably, it is one of the few materials resistant to wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide.
Manufactured by a factory with 30 years of seamless pipe expertise, the product benefits from 18 seamless production lines and 3 perforation lines, supporting an annual output of 30,000 tons of austenitic and duplex steel pipes. The facility employs 296 personnel, including 4 senior engineers, 18 engineers, and 38 professional technicians, ensuring technical excellence.
The factory holds ISO9001:2015 certification and is approved by BV, ABS, CCS, DNV/GL, TUV, LR, KR, and other classification societies. It also holds ISO45001:2018 (occupational health and safety) and ISO14001:2015 (environmental management) certifications, as well as CCS factory approval and TUV-PED certification (2014/68/EU).
Alloy C-276 has excellent resistance to localized corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and to both oxidizing and reducing media, thus making it suitable for a wide variety of chemical process environments, including ferric and cupric chlorides, hot contaminated media (organic and inorganic), formic and acetic acids, seawater and brine solutions. It is one of the few materials that withstands the corrosive effects of wet chlorine gas,hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide.

1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
