Huashang Steel is a manufacturer and supplier of Incoloy 825 micro tubes (UNS N08825), producing precision seamless and welded thin-wall nickel alloy tubing for highly corrosive, high-pressure, and cryogenic industrial applications. Made from a nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy, these tubes support use across hydrogen energy systems, LNG facilities, offshore platforms, chemical processing plants, heat exchangers, and instrumentation systems. Production capabilities cover ultra-fine tubing with outside diameters as small as 0.20 mm and wall thicknesses down to 0.05 mm, to meet requirements of aerospace, energy, and process industries.
Incoloy 825 micro tube is a corrosion-resistant nickel alloy tube containing defined proportions of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper, and titanium. This alloy combines corrosion resistance from nickel-based formulations with mechanical strength and long-term stability when exposed to aggressive operating environments.

This nickel alloy tubing demonstrates resistance to sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid environments. It performs in chloride-containing settings, with resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting corrosion, and crevice corrosion, making it suitable for seawater and other chloride-rich service conditions. The material is compatible with sour gas service (H₂S) environments, and can be supplied with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 compliance verification for oil and gas projects. It retains toughness and strength at low temperatures, supporting deployment in cryogenic systems. In addition, the alloy works with standard fabrication processes including bending, welding, forming, and machining, supporting streamlined production and on-site installation workflows.

Production of Incoloy 825 capillary tubes follows a standardized multi-step process. It begins with raw material inspection and billet verification, followed by hot extrusion or piercing, multi-pass cold drawing, intermediate annealing, precision sizing, bright annealing, straightening, cutting to length, ultrasonic cleaning, final inspection, and labeled packaging. Every tube undergoes inspection and testing aligned with ASTM, ASME, NACE, and customer project specifications. Dimensional inspection covers outside diameter, inside diameter, wall thickness, length, straightness, and ovality. Chemical composition is verified via spectrometer analysis, with full heat number traceability for all material batches. 100% positive material identification (PMI) testing is available, with verification of nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper, and titanium content for each batch. Additional testing options include mechanical testing (tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, hardness, flattening, and flaring tests), corrosion resistance testing (ASTM G48 pitting corrosion test, ASTM G28 intergranular corrosion test), metallurgical examination, and non-destructive testing including eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, and hydrostatic testing. For hydrogen, LNG, offshore, and nuclear projects, specialized services such as NACE compliance verification, hydrogen service testing, cryogenic impact testing, cleanliness inspection, and surface roughness testing can be arranged. All testing follows standardized industry protocols to ensure consistent performance across production batches.

Nickel alloy 825 micro tubing is deployed across a wide range of industrial sectors. In hydrogen energy systems, it is used in hydrogen production plants, electrolyzers, hydrogen refueling stations, and hydrogen cooling systems. For LNG and cryogenic equipment, the tubes support LNG vaporizers, LNG heat exchangers, cryogenic transfer lines, and liquid hydrogen systems. Within the oil and gas industry, the tubing serves sour gas wells, offshore platforms, subsea equipment, and chemical injection lines. In chemical processing, it is applied in acid transfer systems, chemical reactors, and corrosion-resistant tubing systems. It also fits heat exchanger use cases including shell & tube heat exchangers, compact heat exchangers, and microtube heat exchangers. Other applications include seawater cooling systems and offshore production facilities in the marine and offshore sector, auxiliary heat transfer systems in nuclear power facilities, and precision fluid systems, sampling systems, and process instrumentation for industrial control operations. The tubing’s dimensional precision also supports compact and space-constrained system designs across these sectors.
Incoloy 825 micro tubes conform to ASTM B423 for seamless pipe and tube, ASTM B704 and ASTM B705 for welded pipe and tube, as well as corresponding ASME SB423, SB704, and SB705 standards.
The standard dimensional tolerance for Incoloy 825 precision tubing ranges from ±0.005 mm to ±0.05 mm, varying based on the specific tube dimensions. Custom tolerance requirements can be accommodated for project-specific applications.
Yes, custom dimensions and tolerances can be manufactured according to customer drawings. Small quantity prototype orders are also supported to support product testing and initial project validation for business buyers.
