SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9) austenitic
stainless steel material is used for stainless steel thin-walled welded pipe,
and the strip thickness is 0.20mm. After forming, the billet pipe is welded, and
then the tube is reduced and stretched for many times. After cleaning and
drying, the tube is annealed brightly (solution treatment). The thin-walled
stainless steel pipe is made of SUS304 (0Cr18Ni9) austenitic stainless steel
with a thickness of 0.20mm. After forming, the billet pipe is welded and
stretched for several times. After cleaning and drying, the pipe is annealed
brightly.
The annealing of stainless steel
thin-walled welded pipe adopts advanced gas shielded bright annealing furnace
equipment. Its furnace structure is linear continuous, novel and unique. In
order to prevent oxidation of the pipe and the increasing of the carbon during
annealing, decomposing ammonia gas is fed into furnace and stainless steel pipe
for combustion protection. The heating temperature is 1050 C. Stainless steel
pipes are heated and cooled rapidly to obtain annealed stainless steel pipes.
Bright
annealed stainless steel pipes have uniform single-phase austenite
structure with bright surface and no oxidation.
In the production of
bright annealed stainless steel pipes, some quality problems are prone
to occur during annealing due to the influence of production management,
operation, process technology and other factors
