1. The oil content in the emulsion used for stainless steel 304 pipes is too high

The emulsion used in the cold rolling mill is composed of water, emulsifier and oil. The emulsion has both cooling and smoothing effects, while the oil will be cracked into carbon at high temperatures. If the carbon cannot be removed in real time, it will be accumulated on the surface of 304 stainless steel pipe tubing and will form an indentation after being flattened by a flat engine. This will influence the stainless steel tube shapes. Therefore, the oil content in the emulsion is one of the main factors affecting the quality of 304 stainless steel pipes.

2. A lot of carbon black is attached to the maintenance cover of stainless steel 304 pipes

Because the oil level in the emulsion is very high, carbonization will occur after annealing in the bell furnace. As a result, carbon accumulates on the inner wall of the maintenance cover and is added with the annealing furnace. Carbon black is added. If it is not cleared in real time, under certain conditions, the carbon black will be scattered on other steel coils. After processing, the carbon will adhere to the surface of the 304 stainless steel pipe tubing strip.

3. Lack of purge capacity of annealing furnace for stainless steel 304 pipes

The recovery function is poor. Because the purge sensitivity of the air-shut in the HNX annealing furnace is only about 20-25 cubic meters (standard)/h, it is during the heating process. Gasified oil is often difficult to clean. As a result, black ribbons appear on the outer ring of the steel coil, contaminating the appearance of 304 stainless steel pipe fittings. In addition, because the general hydrogen content of this maintenance gas is only 3% to 6%, and most of it is nitrogen. Therefore, the amount of carbon cannot be recovered. Because nitrogen is an inert gas. It cannot be combined with the vaporized gas, so it can only be blown out to avoid carbon accumulation.

4. The stoves and convection plates of stainless steel 304 pipes are not cleaned

Some carbon black, oil stains, dust, etc. will also accumulate on the surface of the same stove and convection plate. If the furnace is not cleaned up in time before loading, the carbon black, oil stains and dust will also be scattered on the steel coils, affecting the appearance quality.

5. The emulsion on stainless steel 304 pipes is not clean

The outlet of the cold tandem mill is equipped with a purging device to blow the remaining emulsion and oil on the surface of the 304 stainless steel pipe. However, due to the unclean blowing, the emulsion and oil will accumulate, which will affect the appearance of stainless steel pipe fittings.
