Bright annealed stainless steel tubing process description: Bright annealing equipment is used to heat stainless steel pipes online to 1050 degrees Celsius, and then put them under hydrogen protection for rapid cooling to less than 100 degrees Celsius. Induction heating coils and cooling systems are built in sealed pipes. The main feature of this system is that it does not reuse hydrogen, and its flow rate is very small, only a few liters per minute. The gas used is pure hydrogen, which is not dangerous because of its small amount in the gas pipeline. At the same time, the exhaust gas is burned, which can prevent hydrogen from diffusing into the surrounding air, thus avoiding the accumulation of dangerous concentration in the surrounding space.

The heated stainless steel bright annealed tube are cooled by "heat conduction" in a special closed cooling tunnel. These characteristics are the reason why this system only needs a small amount of gas for bright annealing compared with other systems.

1. Whether the annealing temperature reaches the specified temperature. The heat treatment of stainless steel is usually solid solution heat treatment, which is commonly called "annealing", the temperature range is 1040 - 1120 degrees Celsius.

2. Bright annealed stainless steel tubes generally use pure hydrogen as annealing atmosphere. The purity of the atmosphere is better than 99.99%. If the other part of the atmosphere is inert gas, the purity can also be lower, but absolutely can not contain excessive oxygen and water vapor.
