Huashang Steel is a manufacturer and supplier of nickel alloy micro tubes, specializing in precision seamless micro tubing and thin-wall tubing for aerospace, hydrogen energy, LNG, chemical processing, nuclear power, semiconductor, fuel cell, and advanced heat exchanger applications. These tubes are produced from nickel-based alloys, and are designed for critical operating conditions where conventional stainless steel tubing cannot meet performance requirements.
Nickel alloy micro tubes are ultra-precision tubing products manufactured from high-performance nickel-based alloys, including Inconel®, Incoloy®, Monel®, and Hastelloy®. The material composition gives the tubes resistance to corrosion, oxidation, high temperatures, and extreme pressure conditions, supporting extended service life in harsh environments. Production leverages advanced cold drawing and precision sizing technology, enabling production of tubes with outer diameters as small as 0.20 mm and wall thicknesses down to 0.05 mm. These products serve industrial clients across sectors that operate with extreme temperatures, aggressive chemicals, hydrogen environments, and high-pressure fluids.
Inconel 600 (UNS N06600): Shows resistance to oxidation and heat.
Inconel 601 (UNS N06601): Delivers resistance to high-temperature oxidation.
Inconel 625 (UNS N06625): A widely specified grade for heat exchangers, hydrogen systems, and offshore applications.
Inconel 718 (UNS N07718): High-strength alloy for aerospace and turbine applications.
Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800): Shows resistance to creep.
Incoloy 800H (UNS N08810): Features enhanced high-temperature strength.
Incoloy 800HT (UNS N08811): Supports elevated-temperature performance.
Incoloy 825 (UNS N08825): Resists sulfuric and phosphoric acid exposure.
Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276): Resists corrosion in aggressive chemical environments.
Hastelloy C22 (UNS N06022): Resists both oxidizing and reducing media.
Monel 400 (UNS N04400): Resists seawater and hydrofluoric acid exposure.
Monel K500 (UNS N05500): Combines high strength with corrosion resistance.

Custom sizes are available according to customer drawings and specifications.
Production follows a standardized workflow, starting with raw material verification and billet inspection. Initial forming is completed via tube extrusion or piercing, followed by multi-pass cold drawing and intermediate annealing. Subsequent steps include precision sizing, bright annealing, straightening, cutting, and cleaning, before final inspection and packaging.
Every nickel alloy micro tube undergoes strict inspection procedures to align with ASTM, ASME, and customer specifications. Core inspection categories include dimensional inspection (covering OD, ID, wall thickness, length, straightness, and ovality control), chemical composition analysis with spectrometer testing and heat number traceability. PMI (Positive Material Identification) testing is available for 100% of units on critical projects, covering grades N06625, N07718, N08825, N10276, N06022, and N04400. Additional testing covers mechanical properties (tensile, yield strength, elongation, hardness, flattening, and flaring tests), metallurgical examination (grain size analysis, microstructure examination, and intergranular corrosion testing), and non-destructive testing including eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing, hydrostatic pressure testing, and air under water leak testing. For aerospace, hydrogen, LNG, and nuclear projects, additional inspection options include hydrogen service qualification, corrosion resistance testing, ferrite content testing, and cleanliness inspection.
