Hastelloy C-2000 (UNS N06200 / W.Nr. 2.4675) is a versatile nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy. Its chemical composition features a balanced blend: nickel (Ni) as the base element, chromium (Cr) ranging from 22.00% to 24.00%, molybdenum (Mo) between 15.00% and 17.00%, and copper (Cu) from 1.30% to 1.90%. Trace elements include maximum 3.00% iron (Fe), 0.50% manganese (Mn), 0.01% carbon (C), 0.01% silicon (Si), 0.50% aluminum (Al), 0.03% phosphorus (P), and 2.00% cobalt (Co), ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance.
The seamless pipe adheres to international standards including ASTM B622, ASME SB622, ASTM B829, and ASME SB829. It offers flexible dimensions: outer diameter (OD) from 1mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 0.2mm to 20mm, and a maximum length of 12m (custom sizes available per ASME B36.10 / ASME B36.19). Physical properties include a density of 8.5 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1328-1358℃, making it suitable for extreme temperature applications.
This alloy excels in both oxidizing and reducing environments. It resists uniform corrosion from harsh acids such as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and hydrofluoric acid across wide temperature ranges. Additionally, it provides robust protection against pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, ideal for halide-containing solutions.
Manufactured by a factory with 30 years of seamless pipe production experience, the product benefits from 18 seamless production lines and 3 perforation lines, enabling an annual output of 30,000 tons of austenitic and duplex steel pipes. The facility holds ISO9001:2015 certification and is approved by classification societies including BV, ABS, CCS, DNV/GL, TUV, LR, and KR, ensuring consistent quality.
Quality is guaranteed through multi-stage inspections: raw materials undergo MTC (PMI) checking, tensile strength testing, and surface/dimension verification. In-production processes are monitored by dedicated personnel, while pre-shipment inspections include appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing (UT, ET), and physical/chemical property analysis in a professional lab. Third-party inspections are also accepted.
N06200 is a versatile corrosion resistant alloy with excellent resistance to uniform corrosion in oxidizing or reducing environments.
It resists all acids, especially hydrochloric, sulfuric and hydrofluoric acids, at wide temperature ranges, and also resists pitting corrosion,crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking induced by chlorides and other halide solutions.

1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
