This design optimization eliminates intergranular embrittlement caused by carbon or graphite precipitation when exposed to 315-760℃ for extended periods (provided no contact with carbonaceous materials). Raw materials are sourced from top-tier Chinese mills (Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn) and undergo strict MTC (PMI) checks, tensile strength tests, and surface/dimension inspections.
Quality control is comprehensive: dedicated personnel track production flow cards, and pre-shipment inspections include routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing (UT, ET), and physical/chemical property analyses in a professional lab. 1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
