FEATURES
It hasextraordinary resistance in the wet process phosphoric acid production environment, which is widely used in fertilizer production. unlike other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, it is very resistant to caustic dealloying in hot sodium hydroxide.
N06035 is an upgrade version of N06030.
It hasextraordinary resistance in the wet process phosphoric acid production environment, which is widely used in fertilizer production.
Its performance in this environment is far superior to N06035 and stainless steels.
It can also resist localized corrosion and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking in chlorides containing media.
Because of its high chromium content, N06035 is extremely resistant to other oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid and mixtures containing nitric acid.
As a result of its appreciable molybdenum content, it possesses moderate resistance to reducing acids, and
unlike other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, it is very resistant to caustic dealloying in hot sodium hydroxide.
APPLICATIONS
Wet process phosphoric acid production evaporators, pickling equipment using nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,
caustic neutralizing systems, and chemical process industry systems involving nitric acid and chlorides.
