Multiple connection options are available to fit different pipeline installation requirements: Butt Weld (BW), Socket Weld (SW), Threaded (NPT/BSP), Flanged. Customized connection designs are also supported for specific project needs.
Materials are selected to match different fluid and operating environments, covering multiple standard industrial grades: austenitic stainless steel, super austenitic stainless steel, super duplex steel, nickel alloy steel, pure nickel, titanium and titanium alloys, low temperature steel, alloy steel, pipeline steel, and carbon steel. All materials correspond to standard EN, UNS, ASTM and national standard designations as listed in original product specifications.
This component is engineered to fulfill multiple roles in industrial fluid systems. It delivers high-pressure water into equipment systems to support process requirements, maintains consistent cooling efficiency for core equipment, and distributes water uniformly across target areas. It also supports regular cleaning and flushing operations for pipelines and equipment, prevents overheating of critical components during continuous operation, and contributes to stable system operation for commercial production activities.

The nozzle is designed for high-pressure applications, with material and structural design that matches corresponding mechanical strength requirements for high-pressure system operation.
Selected corrosion-resistant materials allow the nozzle to operate in environments with seawater, cooling water, demineralized water, and aggressive process media, adapting to different industry working conditions.
Each nozzle is manufactured according to customer drawings with controlled tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring consistent installation fit and flow performance across batches.
Products can be produced according to customer specifications and project requirements, including custom dimensions, connection types and material selections to fit unique system designs.

To ensure product consistency and compliance with international standards, each nozzle may undergo multiple inspection processes. These include raw material inspection, material identification, PMI (Positive Material Identification), and chemical composition analysis for incoming materials; dimensional inspection covering outside diameter, inside diameter, length, wall thickness, bevel angle and concentricity; mechanical testing including tensile test, hardness test and optional impact test; non-destructive testing including PT, UT, RT and applicable MPI; as well as surface inspection and pickling passivation verification.
Available documentation includes EN10204 3.1 Material Certificate, inspection report, dimensional report and NDT report, to support commercial procurement compliance audits.
HP Water Nozzles are deployed across a wide range of industrial scenarios, including hydrogen refueling stations, LNG liquefaction plants, LNG regasification systems, printed circuit heat exchangers (PCHE), and diffusion bonded microchannel heat exchangers (MCHE). They are also used in power generation plants, petrochemical facilities, offshore platforms, desalination plants, industrial cooling systems, heat recovery systems, and chemical processing equipment.
Standard outside diameter ranges from 1/4" to 24" (DN8 – DN600), with wall thickness options of SCH10S, SCH40S, SCH80S and SCH160. Length can be fully customized according to customer drawings, and non-standard dimensions are also supported upon request.
Available materials cover austenitic stainless steel, super austenitic stainless steel, super duplex steel, nickel alloy steel, titanium alloys, low temperature steel, alloy steel, pipeline steel and carbon steel, all with corresponding standard grade designations. Material selection can be guided by operating pressure, fluid type and corrosion environment.
Standard inspection covers raw material verification, dimensional check, mechanical property testing and surface inspection. Non-destructive testing options including PT, UT and RT are available based on project requirements. Full set of compliance documentation can be provided for commercial procurement and project acceptance.
