With PREN ≥42, the pipe resists halide-induced corrosion (hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, chloride-contaminated sulfuric acid) and performs reliably in seawater, brine, and chemical process streams. It outperforms standard 316L stainless steel in aggressive environments.

1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
