Crafted from commercially pure wrought Nickel 200 alloy, this pipe boasts exceptional resistance to reducing chemicals and caustic alkalis, thanks to its ability to form a passive oxide film in oxidizing conditions. Designed to maintain product purity in critical processes, it is a trusted choice for industries where reliability and corrosion resistance are non-negotiable. With a service temperature limit of 315℃ (beyond which Nickel 201 is recommended to avoid graphitization), this seamless pipe also features a high Curie temperature, excellent magnetostrictive properties, and superior thermal and electrical conductivities compared to other nickel alloys. Its composition includes a minimum of 99.00% nickel (Ni), with maximum limits of 0.40% iron (Fe), 0.15% carbon (C), 0.35% manganese (Mn), 0.35% silicon (Si), 0.01% sulfur (S), and 0.25% copper (Cu). This precise blend guarantees the pipe’s exceptional corrosion resistance and structural integrity in harsh environments.

Standard Compliance: Manufactured in accordance with ASTM B 161 and B 829 standards, ensuring compatibility with global industrial requirements.

Raw Material Sourcing

We source high-quality raw materials from renowned Chinese mills such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, and Walsn. Each batch undergoes rigorous MTC (Material Test Certificate) checking, PMI (Positive Material Identification), tensile strength testing, and surface/dimension inspection to ensure it meets our strict quality criteria.


Manufacturing Steps

Our state-of-the-art facility operates 18 seamless production lines and 3 perforation production lines, enabling annual output of 30,000 tons of austenitic steel and duplex steel pipes. A dedicated team oversees the entire production process, from billet heating and piercing to rolling, heat treatment, and finishing. Each step is documented via process flow cards, which are retained for quality traceability.


Finishing & Customization

After forming, the UNS N02200 seamless pipe undergoes precision finishing, including cutting, deburring, and surface treatment. We also offer customized precision machining services to meet unique customer requirements, ensuring the pipe integrates seamlessly into specific systems.

What is the difference between Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 seamless pipes?

Nickel 200 is ideal for service temperatures below 315℃, while Nickel 201 (a low-carbon variant) is recommended for higher temperatures to avoid graphitization, which can compromise mechanical properties. Both offer excellent corrosion resistance, but Nickel 201 is better suited for high-temperature applications.
