R30556 combines effective resistance to sulfidizing,carburizing and chlorine-bearing environments at high temperatures with good oxidation resistance,
fabricability and excellent high temperature strength. It also resists to corrosion by molten zinc, molten chloride salts and other salts.
APPLICATIONS
Industrial waste incinerators, rotary calciners and kilns,hot-dip galvanizing equipment, aerospace industry high temperature components.

Quality Control Of Huashang Duplex Steel Seamless Pipe |
1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
