Titanium micro tube is a high-precision thin-wall tube made from titanium and titanium alloy materials. The material features a high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and compatibility with biological and chemical environments, making it a selected option for critical installations. Manufactured with advanced cold drawing, vacuum annealing and precision sizing technology, our tubing reaches outside diameters as small as 0.20 mm and wall thicknesses down to 0.05 mm. Compared with stainless steel tubing, titanium micro tubes are 45% lighter by weight, with stable performance under extreme temperature and corrosive conditions.
Titanium Grade 1 (UNS R50250): Maximum ductility, high formability, corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
Titanium Grade 2 (UNS R50400): Most commonly used titanium grade, with balanced strength and corrosion resistance.
Titanium Grade 3 (UNS R50550): Higher strength than Grade 2.
Titanium Grade 4 (UNS R50700): Highest strength among pure titanium grades.
Titanium Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V, UNS R56400): Aerospace-grade titanium alloy, with high strength, fatigue resistance and weight reduction performance.
Titanium Grade 9 (Ti-3Al-2.5V, UNS R56320): High formability and high pressure capability, designed for lightweight tubing applications.
