UNS NO6022/DIN W. NR. 2.4602 SEAMLESS PIPE
Alloy C-22 is a versatile Ni-Cr-Mo-W alloy with better comprehensive corrosion resistance performance than other Ni-Cr-Mo alloys,including Alloy C-276, Alloy C-4 and Alloy 625.
Alloy C-22 has outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.
It has excellent resistance to oxidizing aqueous media including wet chlorine and mixtures containing nitric acid or oxidizing acids with chloride ions.
It also offers optimum resistance to environments where reducing and oxidizing conditions are encountered in process streams.
So it can be used where “upset” conditions are likely to occur or in multi-purpose plants. Alloy C-22 has exceptional resistance to a wide variety of chemical process environments, including strong oxidizers such as ferric and cupric chlorides,It resists the formation of grain boundary precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone, thus making it suitable for most chemical process applications in the as-welded condition.

Chemical processing involving acetic acid, acetic anhydride and complex acid mixture; pickling operations; flue gas scrubber systems; geothermal wells; HF furnace scrubbers;
cellophane manufacture;chlorination systems; electro-galvanizing rolls, expansion bellows;
incineration scrubbers; nuclear fuel reprocessing; pesticide production;phosphoric acid production; heat exchangers; selective leaching systems; sulfur dioxide cooling towers; sulphonation systems; and weld overlay.

Our pipe factory has 296 employees ,including 4 senior engineers,18 engineers and 38 professional technicians.
We can produces 30,000tons of austenitic steel and duplex steel pipes annually with 18 seamless production lines and 3 perforation production lines.
Our pipe factory has been certified to the ISO9001:2015 quality management system and certified by various classification societies (such as BV, ABS,CCS,DNV/GL,TUV,LR,KR etc).

Quality Control Of Huashang Duplex Steel Seamless Pipe |
1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
