Quality control is rigorous: raw materials from top mills (Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel) undergo MTC (PMI) checks, tensile strength tests, and surface/dimension inspections. Production is tracked via process flow cards, and pre-shipment inspections include non-destructive testing (UT, ET), metallographic testing, impact testing, and tensile testing. The factory holds ISO9001:2015 certification and approvals from BV, ABS, CCS, DNV/GL, TUV, and LR.
N08810 has a restricted carbon content range of 0.05 to 0.10%, which is in the upper portion of that of N08800,
and is annealed at 1149 to 1177℃ (N08800 is annealed at 983 to 1038℃).
These differences impart it to have higher stress rupture and creep properties than N08800.

1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
