Heat Exchanger Flanges are custom-engineered flanges and tube sheet components used in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, boilers, petrochemical plants, oil and gas facilities, power plants, chemical processing systems, and high temperature or high pressure service equipment. Products can be manufactured according to customer drawings and project specifications, with options for bolted, floating and flanged designs.
Available features include custom tube holes, special bolt patterns, sealing grooves, O-ring grooves, spiral sealing faces, large-diameter machining and project-specific materials. Each component can be supplied with material traceability, dimensional inspection, marking, coating and full documentation such as MTC, ITP and MDR.

Heat exchanger flanges and tube sheet components are deployed across heat exchangers, pressure vessels, boilers, petrochemical plants, oil and gas facilities, power plants, chemical processing systems, and high temperature or high pressure service equipment.
Every heat exchanger flange and tube sheet component undergoes a ten-stage quality assurance process aligned with approved drawings and project requirements: (1) Drawing and Specification Review; (2) Raw Material Inspection and Traceability with verified heat numbers and material certificates; (3) In-Process Machining Inspection covering CNC turning, drilling, boring, milling and groove machining; (4) Dimensional Inspection of OD, ID, thickness, tube hole diameter and pitch, PCD, bolt holes, groove dimensions and flatness; (5) Sealing Face and Surface Finish Inspection; (6) Non-Destructive Testing including visual, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, radiographic and PMI testing; (7) Mechanical and Material Testing including hardness, impact, tensile and chemical composition verification; (8) Marking Verification; (9) Documentation Review covering MTC, NDT reports, PMI reports, ITP and MDR; (10) Packing and Final Inspection with rust prevention and export packing options.

Heat exchanger flanges can be manufactured from over ten material categories including stainless steel, duplex and super duplex steel, super austenitic stainless steel, nickel alloys (Hastelloy, Inconel, Incoloy, Monel), titanium, alloy steel and carbon steel. Specific grades include ASTM A182-F304, F316L, F51, F53, 904L, Alloy C276 and Alloy 625.
