This range covers super austenitic stainless steel grades such as N08904(904L), S31254, and N08367, plus super duplex steel grades including S31803, S32205, S32750, and S32760 for demanding corrosion and strength requirements.

Production follows a standardized 12-step workflow to ensure consistent output across batches: raw material inspection, tube piercing, cold drawing, precision sizing, bright annealing, straightening, cutting, cleaning, surface treatment, dimensional inspection, final testing, and packaging. Each step follows defined process parameters to maintain dimensional stability and surface quality.
All tubes undergo structured inspection to verify compliance with international quality standards.
Routine checks cover dimensional verification (OD, ID, wall thickness, length, straightness), material validation (PMI testing, chemical composition analysis, spectrometer testing), mechanical property testing (tensile test, yield strength test, elongation test, hardness test), surface quality inspection, and non-destructive testing including eddy current test, ultrasonic test, dye penetrant test, hydrostatic pressure test, and air leakage test.
Additional inspection services are available on request, including helium leak test, cleanliness testing, metallographic examination, grain size analysis, and ferrite content testing.
