HUASHANG has the cold draw computing device which is 70 meters long, can produce fifty-three meters long for every pipe. With the advanced technological know-how from Korea and Japan, it makes the extra close dimension controls.

HUASHANG, as a stainless steel tubing manufacturer, has developed an exceptional bright annealing process, the heat treatment is performed in a so-called closed furnace. The heat treated substances is covered via an inter gas atmosphere, which guarantees the oxygen cant enter the furnace to contact with the materials, and react to form scale on or tarnish the materials, The surface end is clean, bright and precision even for the tube with greater than 24 meters.

HUASHANG offers a wide range of high-quality boiler tubes for sale. To ensure the quality of each tube from Huashang, all tubes are done 100% PMI test, 100% hydraulic test, 100% inner cleaned by sponge, 100% Dimension test and 100% surface test. Type of tube: atraight tube and u-bend tube/ seamless tube & welded tube.
