Bright annealed stainless steel tube is a kind of high precision steel tube material after finishing or cold rolling. Due to the advantages of no oxide layer both inside and outside wall, no leakage under high pressure, high precision, high finish degree, no deformation and flaring, no cracks flattening, precision bright annealed tube is mainly used to produce pneumatic or hydraulic components, such as air cylinder or gas cylinder. It can be seamless tube, and also welded pipe. The chemical components of precision bright annealed tube are C, Si, Mn, S, P, Cr.
Bright annealed stainless steel tube can be used for industries like automobile, and mechanical parts which have higher requirements for steel pipe precision and surface finish. Bright annealed stainless steel tubes are not only for higher precision and finish requirements, the tolerance of bright annealed stainless steel tube can be maintained in 0.02-0.08mm, so many mechanical processing users gradually replace seamless steel tube or round steel with precision bright annealed tube in order to save labor, material, and time. Stainless steel bright annealed tube has great advantages in these fields.
The traditional annealing approach of annealed tubing is performed in a so referred to as open furnace, where the atmospheric oxygen reasons scaling of the heat treated materials, which makes the surface rough. HUASHANG STEEL has developed a one of a kind bright annealing process, the heat treatment is carried out in a so-called closed furnace. The warmth handled materials is covered by means of an inter-fuel atmosphere, which ensures the oxygen cant enter the furnace or come in to contact with the substances and react to shape scale on or tarnish the materials. The surface end of bright annealed tube is clean, bright and precision, which is a top-notch beginning point for a similar system, like electro-polishing and mechanical polishing.
Especially for the annealed tubing with size greater than 12 meters, the ordinary pickling tube is very hard to clean the internal surface, however, with the bright annealing method, our bright annealed stainless steel tube is much cleaner, smoother on both inner and outer surface. We use bright annealing method, the temperature of the furnace can reach greater than 1350℃, and the tolerance for the putting and real temperature can be controlled Within ±2℃, which is bright annealed stainless' s special advantage, compared with the regular one.
To ensure the quality, all tubes are done 100% PMI, 100% Hydraulic test, 100% inner cleaned by sponge,100% dimension test, and 100% surface test. What is more, our quality of precision drawn tubing is same to precision rolling but has more advantage on price? We are using the advanced cold drawn technology from Japan and Korean, making the close dimension controls. Huashang steel offers discount bright annealed seamless steel pipe used for instrument tubing, chromatography tubing, hydraulic tubing, hexagon tubing, high-pressure tubing, cleaned tubing, multi-core tubing.

Bright Annealed Stainless Steel Tubing Pressure Calculation Formula
1. When the seamless bright annealed tube outer diameter, specifications, wall thickness is given, to calculate the withstanding pressure (different tensile strength for different steel tube materials )
Pressure =(wall thickness * 2 * tensile strength of steel tube)/(outer diameter * coefficient)
2. The calculation method for the wall thickness when seamless bright annealed tube pressure and outer diameter is given:
Wall thickness =(pressure * outer diameter * coefficient)/(2* tensile strength of steel tube)
3. Pressure coefficient of seamless bright annealed tube:
Steel tube pressure P<7Mpa coefficient S=8
7< steel tube pressure P<17.5 coefficient S=6
The pipe pressure P>17.5 coefficient S=4
