(2) Roll forming: In generral, the mandrel is not used. The method is suitable for the inner edge of the thick-walled pipe.
(3) Expansion: Put a rubber into the hose, compress the upper part with a punching machine, and then protrude the hose into shape. Another method is hydraulic expansion forming, in which the center of the hose is filled with liquid and the pressure of the liquid is used to expand the hose into the desired shape. This method is generally used in the production of stainless steel flanges.
(4) Forging: A die forging machine is used to extrude the end or pne part of the pipe into the electric butterfly valve to reduce the outer diameter. The commonly used die forging machines are rotary type, connecting rod type and roller type.
