UNS N08031/DIN W. NR. 1.4562 Seamless Pipe is a high-performance iron-chromium-molybdenum-nitrogen alloy tube designed for extreme corrosion resistance. This premium seamless pipe is tailored for industrial environments where exposure to aggressive media (phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, chlorides) is common, outperforming conventional stainless steels in durability and longevity.
Compliant with ASTM B 622 and B 829 standards, the pipe features precise dimensional control: OD ranges from 1mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 0.2mm to 20mm, and maximum length up to 12m (custom lengths available). Its physical properties include a density of 8.07g/cm³ and a melting range of 1330-1397℃, balancing thermal stability and mechanical strength. The chemical composition is optimized for performance: Fe (balance), Ni 30.00-32.00%, Cr 26.00-28.00%, Cu 1.00-1.40%, Mo 6.00-7.00%, Mn ≤2.00%, Si ≤0.30%, C ≤0.02%, N 0.15-0.25%, P ≤0.02%, and S ≤0.01%—delivering exceptional corrosion resistance and structural integrity.
The alloy’s unique composition (high Cr, Mo, and N content) provides superior resistance to uniform corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion in phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, and chloride-rich environments. This makes it ideal for chemical processing and marine applications where standard materials fail prematurely.
Backed by 30 years of manufacturing experience, the facility operates 18 seamless production lines and 3 perforation production lines, with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons of austenitic and duplex steel pipes. The team comprises 296 employees, including 4 senior engineers, 18 engineers, and 38 professional technicians—ensuring technical precision throughout production.
The factory holds ISO9001:2015 certification and approvals from leading classification societies (BV, ABS, CCS, DNV/GL, TUV, LR, KR). Raw materials undergo MTC (PMI) checks, tensile strength tests, and surface/dimension inspections. Pre-shipment quality control includes appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing (UT, ET), and physical/chemical analyses—with support for third-party inspections.

It has excellent resistance to corrosion of phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, chloride, etc.
APPLICATIONS

Quality Control Of Huashang Duplex Steel Seamless Pipe |
1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
