UNS N06035 (DIN W.Nr. 2.4643) is an upgraded version of N06030, a nickel-based alloy optimized for corrosion resistance. Its chemical composition includes nickel (Ni) as the base element, chromium (Cr) 32.25%-34.25%, molybdenum (Mo) 7.60%-9.00%, with maximum 2.00% iron (Fe), 1.00% cobalt (Co), 0.60% tungsten (W), 0.50% manganese (Mn), 0.60% silicon (Si), 0.05% carbon (C), 0.40% aluminum (Al), 0.03% phosphorus (P), 0.02% sulfur (S), 0.30% copper (Cu), and 0.2% vanadium (V).
Manufactured to ASTM B622 standards, the seamless pipe offers flexible dimensions: outer diameter (OD) from 1mm to 325mm, wall thickness from 0.2mm to 20mm, and a maximum length of 12m (custom specifications available upon request). Physical properties include a density of 8.18 g/cm³ and a melting range of 1332-1361℃, making it suitable for extreme industrial environments.
The alloy delivers extraordinary performance in wet process phosphoric acid production (a key application in fertilizer manufacturing), outperforming N06030 and standard stainless steels. It resists localized corrosion and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking, while high chromium content ensures resistance to oxidizing acids (nitric acid and nitric acid mixtures) and molybdenum provides moderate resistance to reducing acids. It also resists caustic dealloying in hot sodium hydroxide.
Produced by a factory with 30 years of seamless pipe experience, the product is manufactured using 18 seamless production lines and 3 perforation lines, with an annual output of 30,000 tons of austenitic and duplex steel pipes. The facility holds ISO9001:2015 certification and is approved by BV, ABS, CCS, DNV/GL, TUV, LR, KR, and other global classification societies.
Raw materials are sourced from leading Chinese mills (Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn) and undergo MTC (PMI) checking, tensile strength testing, and surface/dimension inspection. In-production processes are monitored by dedicated personnel, and pre-shipment inspections include appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing (UT, ET), and physical/chemical analysis. Third-party inspections are accepted.

1. Raw Materials
Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....
We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.
2. Production
Specially assigned person shall follow up and check the process flow card and finally keep the copy.
3. Before Shipment
Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
