UNS N06035/DIN W. NR. 2.4643 SEAMLESS PIPE

N06035 is an upgrade version of N06030.

It hasextraordinary resistance in the wet process phosphoric acid production environment, which is widely used in fertilizer production.

Its performance in this environment is far superior to N06035 and stainless steels.

It can also resist localized corrosion and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking in chlorides containing media.

Because of its high chromium content, N06035 is extremely resistant to other oxidizing acids, such as nitric acid and mixtures containing nitric acid.

As a result of its appreciable molybdenum content, it possesses moderate resistance to reducing acids,and unlike other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys, it is very resistant to caustic dealloying in hot sodium hydroxide.

APPLICATIONS

Wet process phosphoric acid production evaporators,pickling equipment using nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid,

caustic neutralizing systems, and chemical process industry systems involving nitric acid and chlorides.

We can produces 30,000tons of austenitic steel and duplex steel pipes annually with 18 seamless  production lines and 3 perforation production lines.

Quality Control Of Huashang Duplex Steel Seamless Pipe

1. Raw Materials

Our raw materials come from well-know mills in China, such as Tingshan, Tisco, Bao Steel, Yongxing, Walsn.....

We will do MTC checking (PMI), tensile strength test, surface/dimension inspection for raw material.

2. Production

Specially assigned person shall follow up and check  the process flow  card and finally keep the copy.

3. Before Shipment

Our quality inspection team responsible for different categories of products. We will conduct routine appearance testing, PMI testing, non-destructive testing. We also equipped with a professional lab that can do physical and chemical properties test. we also can accept the third inspection, such as BV, LR, TUV, ABS, DNV-GL ect.
